Application

Detector air tightness tester

1. Choosing an air-tightness tester, we chose a SLA series direct-pressure air-tightness leak detection equipment from Xili Instruments.

2. Place the detector on the mold prepared in advance, then press the keys with both hands to start the instrument, the lower mold of the mold will automatically slide into the tooling instrument along the slide rail, and then the upper mold of the tooling will be pressed down to block the hole on the detector shell live.

3. The inflation tube is connected to the inflation hole reserved in the center of the detector housing.

4. The instrument inflates the inside of the detector housing according to the set parameters.

5. When the pressure in the detector housing reaches the preset pressure, the instrument will stop charging and start to stabilize automatically. After the pressure is over, the instrument will test the detector for water resistance.

6. According to the test data, the charging time is 3S, the voltage stabilization time is 3S, the test time is 4S, and the whole test process is 10S in common.

7. After the test of the air tightness detector of the detector is finished, the instrument will automatically judge whether the product test result is qualified according to the leakage value of the product, and there will be a striking reminder.
